Attention: Due to COVID-19 and federal shipping practices the USPS has been experiencing unprecedented delays. A tracking number will be provided with each transaction in a follow-up email.

Shipping Policy

We ship goods within 5-7 day after the order is processed. Custom orders can take up to 3 - 6 months. If you would like to discuss a custom order for a special occasion, please email us at African9Designs@gmail.com

Currently, A9D only ship within the US and US Territories. Items are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) and on average cost $5-6.50 for the first item + $1.50 for each additional item. Free shipping on all packages over $200.00.

**Shipping Disclaimer: African-9-Designs (A9D) is not responsible for delayed scanning of packages, lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but "not received" by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and your local post office or carrier. These incidents are rare, however, if you experience a problem after shipping please contact your shipping carrier directly. Lastly, to help ensure you receive your artifacts, please include any special delivery instructions. Please note, A9D is not responsible for the carrier adhering to delivery instructions.

These items are not manufactured but taught and handed down from one generation to the next. Therefore, all pieces are perfectly imperfect. We feel this adds charm, character, and culture to each item. Please examine your piece(s) careful as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
